Day 2: Fly to Bahirdar. Morning visit Bahirdar town, the market, view over lake Tana and the Blue Nile from Bezait palace and more. Afternoon drive to visit the Blue Nile falls (it takes about 1 hour drive and then 20 minute walk, each way). Admire these spectacular falls and amazing views. Overnight hotel
Day 3: Make a boat excursion on Lake Tana to visit the monasteries over its islands, such as Ura Kidane Mehret and Asua Mariam. Explanation about Ethiopian wild coffee. Day 4: You will be driven to Gondar through country side .Then you will check into a hotel and after a brief break, you will have lunch. Then, you will visit to the Royal Castles & the Bath of Emperor Fasiledes (the bath is filled with water for the important Timkat (epiphany) ceremony once a year. You will continue your visit to Debre Birhan Selassie Church (Trinity at the Mount of Light), the Castle of Empress Mintewab, and Kuskwam Complex which is a royal compound built by the Empress Mentewab. Day 5: Drive to the Semien Mountains, for a very interesting full day excursion: admire spectacular views and with the chance to spot endemic animals as the Lammergeyer, the Gelada baboons, the Walya Ibex and more. Then drive back to Gondar Overnight hotel
